Withdrawals are currently available back to your Play+ account, via ACH (e-check), and at the Cash Cage. To process a withdrawal request, use the following steps:
On Mobile:
- Select the Portrait Icon in the top right corner
- Navigate to Cashier > Withdraw
- Press the Withdraw button next to your preferred withdrawal method
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and your pin number
- Click Continue to confirm your withdraw
On Web:
- Select My Account from the top menu
- Choose Withdraw from the left menu
- Press the Withdraw button next to your preferred withdrawal method
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and your pin number
- Click Continue to confirm your withdraw
Withdraw timelines are as follows:
All withdraws are reviewed within 48 hours of the time they are submitted.
- Play+:
- Immediate availability in your Play+ account after they are processed by our payments team
- If you are a new Play+ account holder please allow up to 14 days to receive your card in the mail
- ACH (e-check):
- First-time withdraws may require documentation to verify your payment account, please keep an eye on your email for this request.
- Withdraw will be held for a minimum of 3 business days past your last deposit to allow the deposit to clear out of your bank account, once processed your bank will be able to post the funds within 24 hours.
- Some banks may have additional processing time, please check with your financial institution if you no longer see the withdraw in a pending status on your Bally Bet account.
- Cash at Cage:
- Requests need to be made in advance (via the app or website)
Customer Service will try to complete your withdrawal request as soon as possible, but it can take up to 24 hours for review.
